Disabled/Displaced Scholarship Coordinator
Anna Demos is the Arizona Leadership Foundation’s Disabled/Displaced Scholarship Coordinator. In this role she works closely with schools and families helping everyone process the paperwork to receive a scholarship. Prior to joining the team at ALF nearly a decade ago she spent fourteen years working as a physical therapist. She worked in a variety of settings, including at a hospital, in-home health, and with a school district. While in the school district she worked with PK-8 children with special needs and their parents very closely. She collaborated on METs/IEPs and was on the preschool evaluation team.
Anna volunteers regularly at her church in the children’s ministry where she also works with their special-needs ministry. In October of 2022 she went on a mission trip to Kenya to work with a special needs student that was part of her church group.
