Alycia Benites
Senior Operations Officer
Alycia Benites is the Senior Operations Officer for the Arizona Leadership Foundation. Starting her sixth year with ALF, she serves as the school liaison which includes visiting our partner schools statewide, working with our school contacts on program guidelines and attending open houses speaking directly with families. In addition, she oversees our application review process of our Low-Income Corporate program working with our team to train and process applications, assisting with parent questions and award disbursement notifications to our schools and families. Prior to joining the team at ALF Alycia worked for 16 years as the Financial Aid and Business Manager for Saint Mary’s High School in Phoenix.
In her previous position she served as the school contact for STO’s and working closely with families of all socio-economic backgrounds. She feels this has helped her gain a better understanding of our partner school needs between our schools and families. Meeting so many families over the years in pursuit of a private school education, she is passionate about STO education and that families have options.
Alycia is a native of Arizona and enjoys spending time with family and friends. In her free time, she loves to travel, go to concerts and watch sporting events. She graduated from Chaminade University in Hawaii with a degree in Communications.
