Corporate Champions Breakfast

May 11, 2023 – we hosted our annual Corporate Champion Breakfast to highlight another successful year of funding students looking for educational opportunities across Arizona. The event was held at St. Mary’s High School in Phoenix and featured three scholarship recipients, two from St. Mary’s and one from Phoenix Christian, telling their story to the over 50 Corporate Champions in attendance. ALF this year provided over $33 Million dollars in low-income scholarships to over 7,000 students and over $2 million dollars to just under 500 students who qualified under the Disabled-Displaced program.

A School Tuition Organization cannot award, restrict, or reserve scholarships solely on the basis of a donor’s recommendation. A taxpayer may not claim a tax credit if the taxpayer agrees to swap donations with another taxpayer to benefit either taxpayer’s own dependent. (A.R.S. 43-1089)
