In support of Autism Acceptance Month, we would li In support of Autism Acceptance Month, we would like to introduce you to James who is a 9-year-old in 3rd grade at L.I.F.E. Academy in Gilbert, AZ. He was diagnosed with Autism and ADHD at 2.5 years old. To date, he hasn’t quite learned how to fully speak vocally but is able to use a speech device to speak. James also shows people what he needs or wants. A School Tuition Organization cannot award, restrict, or reserve scholarships solely on the basis of a donor’s recommendation. A taxpayer may not claim a tax credit if the taxpayer agrees to swap donations with another taxpayer to benefit either taxpayer’s own dependent. (A.R.S. 43-1089)
